Maximising a tight entrance
On the recommendation of a neighbour for whom we had recently completed another aluminium gate installation, this customer came to us with a difficult space constraint. Their existing gate installation left them with an opening of only 2.8 metres — too narrow for modern SUVs to fit through comfortably.
There were few options available, but by removing the existing posts and using a postless design with underground automation, we managed to increase the opening to 3.15 metres. That may sound like a small difference, but it feels huge when you're navigating a tight entrance every day.
